Default YAMAHA HPDI 150 PRV?????????

Can anyone tell me how in te hell Yamaha expects you to repair/clean the pressure relief valve on an HPDI 150? I removed the prv cover, spring and valve. It had a fair amount of crud/scale that I believe was allowing the valve to stay partially open. I cleaned everything up, but some genius engineer at Yamaha either expects you to disassemble the half the engine or have fingers like ET to reassemble. There is not enough room to get the spring and cover back on.

Any tips or help would be appreciated.
