Need floor replaced. HELP!

I just purchased my first boat which isa 1994 14ft Lee Craft. It has a sub-floor in it and it has a pretty bad soft spot in it. Can anyone suggest someone that could replace the floor or just simply eliminate the sub floor?

I redid my floor last summer in the boat I currently have, and It really isnt all that hard.I had to take the whole floor up and redue it. It just takes time. But it was pretty easy..

looks easy enough in the photos. It is all in the tools as in the fein tool he is using.

Fein Multimaster = $400....Blade to cut fiberglass = $50.

Yep

2- 45gal and 1- 97gal.

Going in a '99 29 SeaVee. But there is Tons of other work being done to the boat also.
