I need an outboard mechanic to check out my 2010 Tohatsu 3.5 4 stroke

Had my carb cleaned recently and although the engine runs, the cable must be connected wrong as the throttle is now reversed. Not only that but can't get much power from it. Plan on selling it and the sailboat it's on ASAP so I need it checked and fixed this week. Pretty sure it's a minor adjustment but can't afford to wait 2 weeks to have it looked at which is what a few of the Marine places are telling me. Anyone a good outboard mechanic that can take this on? I live on Perdido Key do would prefer someone close and reasonable in price as I am sure it's nothing major, maybe an hours worth of work.
