:bpts Ok your looking at doing your own boat repairs and you have a basic Idea on how to procceed.(Stop) I have a group online that has a lot of retired boat builders and repairers that are willing to answer your questions and some that will assit you in your endeavor.

There is pictures in photo area of a boat I rebuilt .I rescued from a trash heap.

If you can't afford a new one look to recycling an old boat .There is always someone getting rid of an old boat or a wrecked boat you can take parts off to fix yours!

The repair site I have covers the entire panhandle all the way over to wakula springs and big bend.I have a few members that are do it themselves and a few retired boat builders and marine engine mechanics that are located in Franklin,Bay,Jackson,Gulf, Washington and surrounding counties.This forum covers Pensacola and orange beach.

We can save more byrecycling olderboats .Why pay for an over priced when you can get a recycled boat and modify to suit your needs.

Here is a customized 35ft chris craft Cabin has been expanded,aft deck has been cut down lowered and gas engines removed and 6 liter GM diesel have been installed with V drives.One tank of fuel will last 3 days .

If you think this forum only covers Pensacola to Orange Beach, you my friend are way under informed... there are members here from all over the united states...

I have spent the last 5 years nurturing the members of this forum, answering questions and actually showing them how to repair their boats, there are a lot of repair people besides be on this forum, that do the same thing,

please find a differnt avenue to solicit your forum members,

if you want to hang around and answer questions and be a part of this community then I say Welcome, glad your are here...

you know i really shouldnt be like this, people will make up their own mind and go where they please, good luck on your forum,,,,:letsdrink

I'm sorry that you are offended .I was led to belive that this community was solely a Pensacola community. I have had groups in yahoo for a few years an this was the first of hearing about this community and I am constantly on the look out for other like minded communities.90% of my repair and rebuild information is stored in FloridaPan-handleFishingboating. With your permission I will add the Pensacola Fishing Forum to the links.
