This is a elimination problem.

What is connected direct to the battery and which battery is being discharged?

Like X said. Could be so many things. It's all an elimination game.

I have eliminated by, hooking an ammeter between the positive post and each connection until I found the one showing current. Then you have found the leak and can fix or replace the item.

Disconnect EVERYTHING except the leads going to your battery switch. Check that the battery switch is not defective. Then one by one hook back up and testuntil you find the culprit. It might not be at the battery, it might be a piece of electronics after the buss bar.

You say you have 3 batteries and that they drain in about 12 hours....:banghead ALL 3 of them.

You say they are GOOD, How do you know for a fact. Have you disconnected EVERYTHING, and I mean everything, and they hold a charge? Not being funny but 3 going out at the same time kind of unlikely but possible.
