Default Attwood V900

The connectorportion of my bilge broke off, the hose cannot attach.Attwood says it has a 3 yr warranty. Has anyone every claimed warranty with them, or shouldI plan on a new bilge?

No, it was OE on a 07 boat I just bought. Wouldn't they be able to use the model/part number?

I would call Attwood's coustomer service number and tell them you situation. Most of the time they are very helpful and will not need a reciept. I find this true with most company's, just be straight with them and they will most times do the right things.:angel

your boat purchase is all the reciept you need,,,, call them and they will send you a new pump,, they will also send you a ups label to send the old part back in..... if you are unable to put it in.... bring it to me and i will take care of the warranty for you... but you will be responsible for the labor.... hope this helps...:usaflag

Called Attwood today. got a customer service rep on second ring. Short explanation of what happened to the bilge, in a second they offered to send a replacement piece out free of charge. I am glad I do not have to remove the old one and install a new bilge.They are sending only the connector that broke.
