I rebuilt the carb, replaced the float, and tested the needle and seat (seems to be working properly). After all that it is still flooding. Any guesses as to what it might be would be greatly appreciated.

Check the float height. If it is too high, it will flood. Also heck to be sure there is no debris in the fuel inlet holding the needle open.

I already checked for debris, and it was clean. I blasted alot of carb cleaner up in there for good measure. How do you adjust the height of the float? By bending the bracket that holds it? Or do you adjust it by the little tab at the bottom? Thanks again for all your help.

bend the metal bracket that is attached to the float itself but be careful not to break it...i believethe float itselfshould be level, when the carb itself is level (upside down) a little confusing but its how i do them
