Default 2003 BF200 lower unit inspection questions PLEASE help.

Im working on changing the impeller out and just dropped the lower unit. Can you guys look at the pics and see if anything looks abnormal.
My concerns:
1)The drive shaft has a spot on it with some wear im worried about above the water pump.
2) inside the midsection there a pinch ring also rusty corroded
3)the drive shaft is rusty like a water intrusion.
4) Some evidence of salt water corrosion to to aluminum seems to be everywhere.

Is there a culprit or usual wear? heres a part link for reference.

If you can't see a piece of the skeg or anti-ventilation plate missing, you didn't hurt it by dropping it. its pretty tough. But the bulging lower drive shaft bushing in the second photo, is a bad hit dude! ive never seen one this bad , that didnt require a new center section. The surface where the bushing sits, errodes. therefore a new one cant be installed in old center section. Not to mention how difficult it is to install the bushing in a NEW center section without the special tools. the drive shaft needs to be replaced as well. it is worn from the bushing not being straight in the center section. maybe Jeff Posner can help.
