ahh man.. I thought anyone would of been able to since I brought the link... Well, its too much to copy and paste.... Some of the story is.. Baiscly a guy lives in an HOA place and they have hired a company to get the parking clean and so fourth... Give out citations/put boots on cars for things.. Well they did it in a shady way.. Booted a guys car so he put it on car dollys and moved it into his garage... sometime later a the parking enforcement was looking for his car... But he moved it all legal.. He called them and asked for there boots back and yadda...It turned into a legal issue but they had nothing on him... Kinda sums it up but a real good thread to read...
