I am looking at starting a fishing team with a few of my buddies. So i was just thinking of a few names. I already had a name on my boat when i bought it. I think it is bad luck if you change it. But I just wanted to see what some of the forum membersfavorite names were. Oh and dont worry I am not looking to copy another boats name oranother teams name. We are trying to come up with our own "original" name.

you often see lots of female names on boats, especially bigger ones. often dubbed after wives, mothers, concubines, etc.
OR name your boat after your profession. for example, the owner of "Tar Baby" is in the asphalt business. The owner of the "Job Site II" is in the construction business, etc. |

The best boat name I've ever seen is "asshole magnet". I HIGHLY recommend you name your boat and/or your fishing team this even if you or your boat is not an asshole magnet (if you are an asshole magnet then the name will be perfect).

OR what tournaments you will be entering or what fish you like to catch... like our first boat was the King Crew b/c of fishing King tournaments.. then my husband thought up Reel Finatical in his head & I couldn't change his mind forour next boats. . . . and soon after we named it that, copy cats started.. :-(
For some reason I've alwayslikedTeamHooligans. . . . :-) Edit -> and I forgot to add the BeLOW ME I've seen cruising around Destin..lol.. |
