I bought a Samsung set at Lowes. They are the front load, we love them. They spin the cloths super fast to get the max amount of water out of them. That cuts you drying time big time. When you get the cloths out of the washer they are just damp.

I just buy one that is new, but looks decent if that makes sense.. Also I will not wash one load of cloths.. I always wash about 3-loads every few days, and do them back to back.. So My dryer stays hott and does'nt have to keep warming up..

Just some thought... Maytag is owned by whirpool now. So basicly you are getting the same product at a different price. Stay away from GE toploads, just trust me on this. Also all the new Kenmore Elite Frontloaders are made by LG (HE4, HE5). That being said, take your pick. Every machine will have problems at some time or another. Here lately I`m really impressed with the LG made ones. Samsung is pretty good as well.

Thanks everyone.

Found a great deal on a Bosch and going to kick the tires. I have a Bosch dishwasher and it has been great.

We have front load whirlpool (6 yrs. old)and they are just ok. We have to leave the door on the washer cracked open or it will get a sour smell in the laundry. Water proof seal around door caused it to sour. No sour smell leaving it open.
