Well it's been over six month since I quit smoking. They still smell wonderful to me and I have the urge to smoke every now and then still. Down side is all the junk food, candy, cookies etc has resulted in a 17 lb weight gain.

I've put a little weight on, but not a whole lot. Luckily, I smell them and have no desire to ever pick one up again. It's been almost 9 months for me.

There a quite a few of us X smokers whose sinuses swell and become inflamed whenever we smell the smoke. I'd rather smell raw sewerage. If I ride in a smokers car and they light one up, I don't get over it for at least a week and that makes scuba diving out of the question. I have close friends who smoke and they goad me as to why I no longer or very infrequently visit them. To me, it's poison.

I went to the hospital to pay a visit to a good friend who has lung cancer.
He is just 54 years old. |

Wife and I are 3 months quit now , using the E-Cigs from Volt . It work great for us and you still can have the nicotine and reduce the amount as time goes on. It's easier when you can keep a e-cig in your hand just like a regular cig.

Congrats to all you that have quit the habit, I've never smoked the first one but I know it must be rough to kick the addiction.
Keep up the will power, you all have my 100% support. Rick |
