Tutorial on posting pictures

Here is a quick tutorial:
1- Select Reply to thread
2- Select Manage attachments
3- This will open a pop-up window where you will select "Choose file" to browse for your photo
4- Select the photo you want and click "upload"
5- Close the pop-up window and your photos will show right above "Manage Attachments"

Seems like a few people are having trouble with it. I was helping another member to post pictures of his rifle and he asked for instructions. I made this up to put on his post then decided others may be able to use it too.

I tried all that for two days and never could get a pic to download; apparently it was too large. As another member suggested, had to right click on the pic, send to e-mail and have it sized, then copy to desktop and then upload like you say. That is way tooooooo much trouble. Will only be posting a pic if it is something special from now on.

It times out for me, and will NOT load a pic

They may too large. The size limits on this forum are pretty small.

Bummer, I had NO problem posting photos on here before the new ownership took place.

Just another PFF disappointment.
