Turkey Jerky Safe ?????
I have made deer jerky and beef jerky many times, but am currently marinating some turkey to make jerky, my question is I know turkey just like many other birds can be deadly with salmonella if not handled correctly. I don't like my jerky real dry, can I pull the turkey jerky out while it is still somewhat moist and it be safe to eat ?????
