I read a spout off in today's paper where Congress wants to pay teachers based on performance, if it's the case there, why not make pay and benefits for Congress and the Senate based on performance as well. Sounds good to me.

There are exceptions. Certain people with religious objections would not have to get health insurance. Nor would American Indians, illegal immigrants, or people in prison

Well when a country elects a leader whose ideal Country is a Socialistic Society and that President has Socialistic beliefs about everything and everything has to be equaled out and spread the wealth, that country cannot expect a Democracy to thrive after that. He lives in a make believe world where everything is equal. Shit nothings equal. You have smart people and you have dumb ass people. You have short people you have tall people. You have ugly people and you have models. You have poor people and rich people. You have people who give a shit about bettering themselves and their families and you have people that dont give a damn and as long as they have enough money (or food stamps....oh EBT card now) to get them some beer and smokes then they are good. How could anyone think that they can somehow change the way things have been since there were people on the earth. Mr. Obama should read more about the Roman Empire and how this same thinking lead to their demise and it will only breed apathy among the people. The more people know they dont have to do shit because the government will take care of them then the worse it will get. Thats why you cant feed and house a wild animal and turn them loose after they are grown. They cant survive without a handout. Politics are a joke. Its all about who pays me more to take there side and thats from the County level all the way to the top. Its all about where is my cut? How much am I going to get for this? Money talks!! We have at least 2 1/2 more years of this for sure. I hope everyone with a little bit of grey matter between their ears will see through the bs and get him out then.

I wonder if this bill will pay the damages as I grind my teeth and bite my lip everytime I see some crack dealer holding his pants up by grabbing his crotch with one hand and flagging down customers with the other? The thought of this scum having the same healthbenefits that I currently pay dearly for, as I calculate my payroll deductions and work on a budget to make sure that theres going to be enough to make my next quarters insurance premiums.

I am now old enough tosee that this once great country that I remember from not so many years ago will never be the same in my lifetime. I can only see todaysleap towards socialism as a driving force for Patriots to go underground in a last ditch effort to buckan unjustsystem thatis nowbeing shoved deep down our throats by the very people that we put in office to represent and protect our way of life. Not sure about you, but it was very hard to even watch the news today. Sad, sad times that we are witnessing............
