Channel 3 blows! At 5 min. after the hour, when other stations are deep into the news, wear is still pushing commercials. They have no indepth coverage, all superficial. Their news program is only a medium for commercial advertising. Alan Seals(SP?) on 5 ROCKS!!!

Amen! One other complaint I have with Channel 3 News. Have you ever noticed that they broadcast in a lower volume, so you have to turn the volume up on your TV? Then when the commercial comes on, THEY ARE FREAKING SHOUTING AT YOU. |

My 8 yr old daughter loves ch 3 , she won draw the weather one time. They showed her picture on the news and sent her a certificate for it to boot. So not all bad. They also let you know if concert in the park or bands on the bch. are happening that evening. so lots of good community stuff.

I do wish the program(s) werea bit more significant, less commercials, less promotional.During prime viewing hours people need to hear and know about the important things happening in our area. By important I mean things that may affect their life and the life'sof their family. Government, military, civic and criminal activityprobably trump "concerts in the park".We call it Sue Straughn's Happy News. <SPAN style="VISIBILITY: visible" id=main><SPAN style="VISIBILITY: visible" id=search>More Mollye Barrows is ok with me... |
