Default Rotisserie motor

Anyone have an old grill that the rotisserie motor still works?

Sounds like a future rod dryer! Good luck.

I think I have two, brand new surplus for some hairbrained project I never got around too.

Come and get one and it is free.

If you are looking for a rod drying motor find an old microwave and pull out the little turntable motor that spins the tray it works much better.

You can buy just the motor at either Home Depot or Lowes. I used them before, they work fine as long as you have a good method for securing the rod to it - nothing sucks more than working forty hours on a custom rod, then having it fall off the dryer and all the epoxy sags....

I don't know if you made your rod dryer yet but here's an easy one to make.
