so i live right next to a park every weekend around dark they throw trash in my yard use foul language around my twin toddlers they throw rocks ive caught them throwing them at my house and van theres 3-12 sometimes i couldnt get over the fence fast enough to catch up with them they might be 18 i dont know thats why im not over there beating the crap out of them if i did im positive it would make matters worse i cant call the cops cuz it would be obvious it was me these punks hang out next to my fence which is about 15 feet from my kids window they got the whole park yet they choose to hang right there so what do i do find out where they live and talk to mama or throw crap in thier yards or just be the crap out of them which id like to do against 12 my chances are slim though ive got a shotgun but im not one to pull a gun unless intend to shoot im gettin real sick of there crap any solution? or am i stuck picking up thier trash

Is there a tree or bench right there that might attract them? Maybe you could have it removed. There's probably some reason they hang out there. If so, talk to your commissioner and see if the park can make it less attractive for the kids to hang out there.

thers a big oak they climb on and they sit on the guard rail that meets with my fence the tree maybe but the rail keeps out cars oy yeah theres a water fountain too and a storage shed the climb on and vandalize i ust came insise the dumped what looks to be an old tv in my bushes their all gone though im pissed:banghead

A picture (plenty of pictures)is worth a thousand words... and as I think about it,you'll probably need to call the police a few times too. Only then will the city/county take actions to help you out.

Sorry about your trouble, I'd say go through the hoops and it'll eventually get better...

Someone had a quote in their signature one time that said "dont fight with an idiot, they will bring you down to their level and beat you with experiance" that being said i would not go throwing trash in their yard...thats just going to add fuel to the fire. call the cops and make a report and set up a video camera to catch them in the act.

A video camera set where they cannot get to it might deter them. Actually, why not put a great big dummy camera where they can surly see it and where they can get to it from its blind side then have a well hidden one to catch them in the act. Make sure the camera is on your property so they have to tresspass to get to it.

A couple of sabiki rigs might on the tree might be better than poison ivy.

well Technically your not filming kids at the park...your just using cameras to secure your yard and happen to catch kids at the park dumping trash in your yard. i dont see where thats illegal but im no lawyer either.
