I just put up several jars of bread and butter jalapeno's on Wednesday. I have never tried them this way but was given a recipe for them from a friend in Michigan. I can't wait to try them after they sit up for a bit.

I put up half a bushel of zipper peas, half bushel of lima beans and creamed a bushel of corn last week so I'm set for some good eating in the coming months.

Sounds good!! Wife pickled some eggs they turned out great. Wife's friend made some bread and butter cukes I am not a big fan of them but I must say they were good. I am a big dill guy. Wife has a big herb garden, really helps when u use fresh spices in them

My brother just made some pepper jelly with some home grown jalopeanas. He needs to get the spreadability better but the taste is great. It's just to thick right now. Have to change it up a little bit.
