Also, when I started the second round, I bought one of the tubs of "the P90x recovery drink". I won't buy any more. It is expensive, not very good tasting, and I can't tell any difference between it and just drinking chocolate milk or a protien shake after my workout. Legs and back today for me.

i havent ordered because im worried about the diet aspect. not wether i can stick to it wether or not i can afford it. is it expensive to buy all the food they want you to eat?

interested in how its turning out. does it really work? looks more like a weight loss/tone workout rather than bulking up, but idk



was looking into the series for me and my gf to do. would anyone be willing to let me borrow them for a few days so i can save them on my computer and try them out.

I just started the "Insanity" workout a few days ago. I chose this workout because you did not need any extra equipment to do it. My wife and I started the whole program together, and so far it is pretty difficult. The other advantage to "

Insanity", is that it is only a 60 day program vs 90 for P90X.
