The boxing training will really give you a good workout. If you like to golf try the Tiger Woods golf game. This is so realistic to an actual golf swing, you can add spin and fade to a ball. Nintendo did a good thing to get kids up and moving around with this system. Now if they could could develop a game where I can go fishing in the gulf over some wrecks or trolling alittle that would be the game!!

I agree with the boxing. I had to turn the air conditioner down to 55 so i wouldnt die of heat exhaustion. But for the fitness factor, they are coming out with Wii Fitness in may. talk about a workout, thats all this game was made for.
Dont get the fishing game for wii though. it is terrible!!! |

Had a blast beating the crap out of my niece and nephew in boxing during Christmas.Good work out! I wish a more realistic boxing game would come out though. One with real fighters.
