Default my next rental car will be an enterprise

I usually don't get to caught up in marketing commercials. But after watching the Enterprise 360 on the History channel and seeing the short, commercial intervew with the Enterprise Rental president, I think I'll do my business with them from now on.

Not sure what that means. I don't think I've ever rented a car. But like my dad always says, its the thought that counts.

On my last business trip, I was amazed out how efficient and friendly the Enterprise folks were. There customer reps were not waiting behind the counter for me to come up to them. They were all outside (in the cold of Philadelphia)waiting for you to get off the shuttle bus from the airport. Once I steped off the shuttle bus, I was greeted andasked my name. I followed him inside, signed one document and was shown to my car. He didn't just tell me it was in row1 space 1. He actually went out there, started it up, turned on the heater and then proceededto put my bags in the trunk for me. I was amazed.

I have allways used Enterprise. When we were involved in a wreck in New Mexico enroute to California we called everyone and had no luck and some were quite rude but when I called Enteprise a lady drove 73 miles to pick us up and bring us to their terminal and had a car ready.
