Default Metal Buildings

Steel prices will be going up Feb. 4, and again in March and once again in April. If you are interested in a building now is the time to purchase one. I can sell the following building through February at this price:

40'x60'x12' pre engineered steel building to meet Escambia County Wind Loads

2 - 10'x10' certified wind loaded roll up doors

2 - 3070 walk doors

3" reinforced foil backed insulation in roof and sides

40'x60'x4" monolithic concrete slab

Engineered stamped foundation and structural drawings from a certified Florida engineer. (be careful on this part when ordering a building from the guys in Mobile)

Includes the entire building erected but is not for commercial use. No site plans, site work, fill dirt have been incuded since I have not seen your site.

$47,950.00

Not to take away from Fred's post here, but something to keep in mind.

A typical 18ftr to 20ftr with a T-top will NOT go thru a 10ft tall door. The door on my shop is 14ft W X 12ft Tall. walls are 14ft high so that that 12ft tall door could be installed.

I can build any size. Also, if you need to park and RV remember the a/c unit is on top of the vehicle and the mirrors stick out pretty far too. You can get a 12' tall door in the center of the gable end of the 12' eave building but if you do need a roll up door on the sidewall, you will needthe walls to be at least 2' higher than thetop of thedoor.

I got what appeared to be an automated response back from the email I sent you. You may want to look in your inbox or junk mail for it. If not I will resend the quote tonight.
