I'm not a PETA member or anything, but I 'gotta say that is pretty F$@*&D up...

What's really sad is that in the interview, the deputy is almost laughing when he says he has never seen anything like that before. It has been documented that when young people expresscruel behaviorlike thatto familypets,it often leads to cases of abuseagainst people.

Hey, I was no saint growing up, but that behavior isalso a pretty strong statementabout how pot screws up your decision making and judgement.
