the weld spatter is on purpose, it helps keep the oyster from slipping.:letsdrink

I have one works great just crack open & finish off with your oyster knife.You can getoneat Pensacola Hardware.

I have one just like the second one shown, had it for years, found out its only needed when you have the large oysters from Tx or La. Key is a good glove, and a good oyster knife with Applach oysters.
