I came accross this today and thoughtI would throw it out there for discusion. Be sure to watch the video also.

I would hope that with the same 4 Judges sitting on the Court as when Heller passed, this too will pass. I think this will be a HUGE blow to the anti's, and will establish once and for all what the founding fathers intended all along: the right of THE PEOPLE to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

im not convinced there's 5 on the court that would incorporate the 2a against the states. the same justices that wrote heller, are also pro states rights. i wouldnt be suprised at all if the court punted this football into the arena of state politics. thats where it ultimately belongs imo.
