Anybody have a list of stores selling spice? So far I have three on my list in Santa rosa county so far.

Didnt they are change the law and make spice illegal?i dont see how in the world spice was legal and marijuana isnt even though marijuana is alot better healthwise for you.

I dont know any stores that sell it but they need to do away with it for good.

I thought it was illegal to sell it now as well.. but what I do know is the Exxon station on the corner of W and Fairfield still sells it.

It is illegal, they are still selling it. I was at a store this morning near whiting had a display of it. Had some kids living with me who stole a
Bunch of my stuff to buy "spice" potpourri or bath salts. Whatever you want to call it. My notion is that is why we are seeing all the theft. I call the sheriff whenever I see the stuff.

Thanks, usually it is the smaller businesses selling it, which is a shame. A couple
Of the places selling it are owned by Persians I am not racist but they are about making money.

Dont take my word for it but this is what i heard or read somewhere..They keep making it illegal but the thing is theres is like over 200 different chemicals they can make it out of so they make one illegal then they make it out of another one .

Its like fake weed its supposed to be synthetic thc gots lots of chemicals in and they sell it at ur local convinent store and pretty shure it wouldnt be to hard for a youngen to get there hands on it

I was told that the companies who manufacture the product constantly change the formula to stay one step ahead of the law.

Some of the chemicals in "Spice" are illegal, but like jmunoz said, they can make it with another chemical with the same properties and put it back on the shelf. As i understand it, only tobacco shops in Santa Rosa county can sell it legally. They should take all the synthetic stuff off the market and just legalize marijuana and tax the hell out of it!!!
