How well do you know US Laws?

Below is a link to a 30-question test to see how well you know US Laws. Not exactly grade-school level. Give it a shot, and see how well you do! Supposedly 96% of all High School Seniors FAILED this test ... AND if that's not bad enough, 50+% of all individuals over 50 did too!! Take the test and be surprised at what we don't know.

I got a 28 out of 30 so I don't feel too bad. The question that threw me was the official language of the United States. Take the test and you'll be surprised.

Had my son who is a senior at Escambia High take the test last night and he only missed three; I was pleasantly surprised. Wish I could say the same for the wife; oh well I didn?t marry her for her brains. Obviously she doesn?t read the forum.

24 out of 30, I missed the amendments. Don't really keep up with the actual number fo the amendment.

I missed 8 but, a couple of the questions I am pretty sure are incorrect. Like the one about the President being able to only serve 2 terms. I know they can only serve 2 consecutive terms but, I believe they can wait a term and then run again. I am also not sure about the impeachment question. Nixon resigned and was not impeached, so are there 2 others that were? I do need to brush up on my Amendments though.

Impeached simply means the process was started. The two impeached presidents were Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton; Nixon resigned before theimpeacment process was started.
