Hal that was the Pork Loin that we are referring too...Veal may be a bit tough at this moment...I am pretty sure I can get it though

To bad oyster dressing is not on the list. I have a house full this year, and will have my hands full cooking 3 turkeys. But gotta have that oyster dressing too.

Gonna Have some boudin, smoked sausage, sweet pot casserole and cornbread dressing left...Also Choice Ribeyes, beef Tenders and NY Strips...and 1 bag of crawfish julee.
