please vote for my dad russ swinney. he is running for escambia county commissioner district 3. he will and already has got a ear full from me of the issues that face the fishermen of this county. his grandfather zelph blum supplemented his income by fishing the waters around pnas. so if you live in district 3 check out his web siteand on tuesday vote for russ swinney county commissioner district 3. look in the photo album and see my wife with her big fish she caught.

Good luck! You're in the same boat as us, trying to unseat an incumbent, which can be hard to do since the state got rid of the second primary or "run off."I listened to your Dad on WSRE's show and he had a very good grasp of everything going on. Again, good luck!

Hey Folks,

This is a seat that really needs changing, I have spent quite a few hours of my life in this office that I wish I could get back.

Having the TV show on Sundays I would often be recognised andget stopped in Wal-martor the grocery store and be challenged about what am I going to do about the fishing bridge or other shore based fishing oppurtunities for the folks who dont own boats that just want to take their kids fishing from the shoreline. After asking them what district they lived in , the most common answer was district 3 . Anyways like I said I wish I could get that time back.

I wish I would have known a little more about your dad, I would have helped more .:usaflag

keep us up to date.

I agree with Paul about the district needing a change. I live in 3 and this is the first I've heard about the candidate. You've got a big hill to climb...best of luck.
