I would stick with alkaseltzer and stay away from the Tylenol. You are going to need your liver later...trust me.

Oh yeah...Kahlua mixes real well with coffee. (So does Aristocrat Vodka but that leads to standing on the side of Brent Lane with a cardboard sign. :nonono)

easy: poweraide NOT gatorade. poweraide has extra B vitamins, which is what is flushed out of your body. that's also why a multiviamin and bananas work. NEVER take tylenol (acetaminaphen) before, during or after drinking. Tylenol is processed by the liver, which is already working overtime because of drinking. ibuprofen (advil) is processed in the kidneys and is "ok" but still your body is really using the kidneys during those times too. once you get to the "i'm throwing up sips of water" stage the only thing you need is a bag of saline and phenergin (sp?)...hopefully the suppositories... :moon:

Well guys I've come to find that my usual method works the best. Start drinking all over again and don't worry about it :letsdrink
