cross fit

I've been looking for a cross fit gym or a cross fit partner in the Milton area. Plenty if gums in Pensacola but tired of driving that far. If anybody has information on 1 please let me know!

Yeah, no gyms near Milton, closest to you is Gulf Breeze CrossFit.

Not near Milton, but there is a crossfit gym right across the street from my shop.. on Warehouse Lane here in pensacola

if you don't have one close to you and you really are into it then open up your own place... the franchise fee is only 2K + renting out a warehouse. not sure if it would do well around these parts though, but a lot of former navy that live in this area are very athletic. on the flipside you have a lot of people who are in really bad shape and who don't care about their health. maybe if you target those people you can help them change their lives.

The one by my shop is pretty much always busy. Was down there at 6 this morning and they had several people working out. Not sure how big of a membership they have, but there are people over there pretty much all day long working out.

^^ the membership is 180 a month, not sure if its cheaper up here or not or if that is what the franchise makes you pay. a gym membership meanwhile is only 15-40 a month depending on the gym. so that is the dilemna. people might pay 180 a month for a couple months, but are they gonna stay on board for a year or two straight? thats a lot of money in an area where the avg salary is only 20 some K a year.

a buddy of mine is opening one up in another part of the state and he is running to this kind of problem. these types of things usually do better in wealthier parts of the state like south florida for example.

You can charge what you want when you open a CrossFit gym there is no set rate.

A few people at the fd have been doing crossfit. We just go to there website crossfit.com and do there daily workout. That stuff is killer
