You would paint the liberals as a group that would spend our tax money overseas at the behest of the UN. I am just pointing out that your beloved conservatives are spending your tax money over seas at the behest of the oil companies. You guys are the ones posting the "typical" attacks about liberals. The problem is that you guys try to tell us what's coming in the future, that's wierd most people can't tell us that because it hasn't happened yet. These issues stem from way before Bush took office! He's done a good job and the pressure is on now. Those hand shake deals over oil were done may years ago don't mean much now it seems. We've got oil on our land and they have got oil on theirs but the problem is we don't want to get our oil. Why? Because we said we would buy their oil, support their country and so on but we've need too much oil and have allowed them to build their country above what was expected.. Now they have got us by the balls. With that said, We have folks who do not want wells in their backyards, wells within the view of the coast and wells in wildlife sanctuaries. We know the oil is here but the American people won't let us get it so we pay these other countries to get it for us, while funding them.

I agree that government spending is out of control. However, Senate Bill 2433 is nothing more than redistribution of wealth. Thisreeks of Socialismwhich was unsuccessfully tried in the USSR, Cuba, North Korea, and China. It just doesn't work. Neither does socialized medicine. Congress had to contract out the operation of their cafeteria because of a $12,000,000 deficit. If the federal government can't operate a cafeteria, how can you trust them to run health care?
