Anyone else find that with certain brands, comes an As*holish attitude? For me it's always been Chevys and Glocks that I just can't stand most of the owners. It's like, "whoo hoo my Z71", I get it, you love your truck. But don't tell me how much better it is than my Ford right after I pulled your butt out of a mud hole you were just stuck in. As far as Glocks..........owning one does not make you a world pistol champion. I'll gladly shoot against you anytime with a Springfield, or FN, or hell even a Taurus, and for money!

All in all..........maybe it's me. I'm sure someone will reply and say I have an attitude problem. I'm sure deep down I probably do. I just can't stand when people brag about their things all the time, and when I ask them, "what makes it the best" the answer I get is simply, "because it's a.....".

So, just wondering, and coincidentally stirring a pot I know I should just leave alone, does anyone else have brand/attitude dislike?

Regardless of the outcome of this......Happy new year to you all and please vote for the guy not named Obama!!!

I think College Football is probably worse than anything in that arena...... Didn't attend a college so I guess I do not understand the allegiance!!!!

I agree completely. I tend to be faithful to a brand but I don't assume it's the best brand for everyone. I like Fords. If you like Chevy have at it. About the only exception to this is when someone buys a foreign "thing" when there is an American "thing". I really try to put faithful effort to buy the American "thing" first. But, if the American "thing" won't do the job then I buy what I need. If I am talking to someone who doesn't look for American "Things" I tend to get annoyed.

Cool thread twodogs. I own one and love it but having spent a lot of time duck hunting in Arkansas I would like to add Benelli. A solid 8 out of 10 Benelli owners within an hour drive of Stuttgart matched your description to a T.

I've owned many Fords that were always dependable. '04 Chevy Avalanche was cool especially with the tent package but the ac system was crap! Did I say crap? It was CRAP!!! Absolutely can't stand Obama and hated the GM bail out deal but traded in my 1st Chevy and most recent owned gas gusler Avalanche for a 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco and get 35-47mpg as opposed to 16mpg and actually now have cash to survive. Wasted way to much money over the years with my Mustang GT and the Chevy truck. I'd like to see Obama now campaign on how much faith he has in the Chevy Volt and Solyndra stock
