I had a fender bender in Crestview a few years ago and it was the other guys fault, and Crestview Paint and Body was the shop that his insurance company used. They replaced the hood, grill, bumper, radiator, and one of the front fenders on my truck, and painted the parts that need to be painted. When I first picked it up, it rode like crap because apparently the front end had been knocked out of alignment and they didn't take it to get it fixed, and then about two weeks later I turn on the A/C unit for the first time since the accident, and guess what, no cold air is coming out of the vents. They didn't recharge the compressor after they had worked on the truck! And to top it all off, about 2-3 years after that, all the parts that they painted, the clear coat started to come off and so did some of the paint, and you can tell that underneath the paint there is no primer! They say that they guarantee their work for the life of the vehicle, but I'm afraid to take it back because they would probably screw something up again.

your about the 5th person I know that dont bother with them anymore. I never will..Buddy wrecked a fusion and they had it for a while he got it back and damn dooor wouldnt stay shut...shit like that
