Big Green Egg time!
i cooked a couple of those game hens. man they turned out wonderful!
  and last night i cooked some shrimp on the Egg!  i followed the rules and posted after lunch!

As always Scott, mouth watering delicious (looking that is). and don't you love that thermometer? Mitch got me one several years ago and I even take it on campouts. Didtimed thatsmoked turkey just right, and not dried out.

Beached, man that looks good! Lane, i really do like the wireless thermometer. mine does the meat temp and the grill dome temp. it is pretty cool!
