Ill tell you something that i think is funny. Until a couple years ago i have NEVER seen as many gator fans as there are now. Everywhere you go there is a million gator fans. Where were these people 3 to 4 years ago? They dont have to play Ole Miss for the next 5 years so they just might be able to win all their games. Bowden is getting back out and doing the recuiting though so we will have to see. I could care less if the NOLES loose all their games next year as long as they beat the gators. Im probally just dreaming but hell atleast i know i have been a Seminole fan for 20+ years and will stick with them trough thick and thin.

"Bandwagon" fans we call them , and they are everywhere. We've also seen it happen when FSU and Miami were having their success.

My first trip to the "Mecca" / a.k.a. Gainesville Florida field was in 1988, so I don't think I qualify for that title.

To identify one, just ask them to name half of the starting 22 players, and then be able to name the 3 most recent head football coaches at U.F..

If they can't do that, then beware.

One thing that should be noted about the Gator Nation, they sell out EVERY football game and always fill the stadium.

What a ride !

I remember the "Lean" years with Galen Hall , and the short success with Charley Pell , and ole' Kerwin Bell at the helm :letsparty ... I've had the same UF license plate registered with the Florida DMV since 1989 ... NO bandwagon here :nonono

Yeah, those blue polyester slacks and those UGLY puffy orange polyester hats that Pell and Hall wore were not a fashion statement. And don't forget Gary Darnell's short stint at the helm.

Keep smoking crack. I love Bobby Bowden, but he needs to go after this year. Otherwise, Jimbo is gonna leave, then I won't sleep.

I started pulling for the Gators right around ' Pell's Hell ' , so I've been through the bad times as well as the good. And yeah, probably one day we'll be right back on the bottom again and I'll still bleed orange and blue .

And as much as I enjoy seeing the Gators beat the criminoles , it's sad to base your season on ONE victory !

I'll take the glass anyday !
