Default RE: 1 SEC coach down!

I think Bowden's fire got things shook a bit in Auburn and Knoxville - seeing how all three schools will be bidding on the same pool of potentional head coaches. Clemson just got the head start on AU and UT. I hear Tubbs and AU were working on a buyout agreement this morning for tubbs to coach until the end of the season. What are some of you Aubies hearing?

Clemson won't be able to hire a coach if that coach thinks there's a chance they can get on at Tennessee or Auburn. Sorry Clemson fans, but AU and UT would be a better job.

that said, I think Tubs has a lot more support than people give him credit. Overall, he has won games. He is very reachable and does a tremoundous amount of alumni events. Grassroots guy if you will. His downfall is lack of titles and, more importantly in my opinion, lack of a high scoring offensive. He's just not a guy who scores points. And scoring points is exciting.
