looking at a 30' + boat and looking for info on wet slips or dry slips and prices wet needs elect,water,wifi or whatever dry slips i just need out side storage and water/power for cleaning/working on boat thanks in advance T. J.

I vote dry, you don't have to worry with bottom paint and corrosion is significantly less. Just make sure your bunks support the weight of your boat for the whole length or the hull will begin to sag and warp in places after many years of storage.
