West Marine in GB store closing

I just left there and all sorts of stuff is 50% off. Including some big coolers all the gas grills and rope.

I never even knew Gulf Breeze had a West Marine.

I thought only that boat world place existed by the Garcon Point.

The west marine is right beside Tiger Point golf course on 98. Just before you get to walmart.

Its JUST past sonic on the south side of hw98 heading east. In the same parking lot as Aloha grill. Apparently not a whole lot of people knew it was there, hence its demise. Location, location, location.

As of today they are still well stocked. Not everything is on sale yet but alot is, and big ticket items at that.

I hate to see good folks losing their jobs,but West is a joke with their pricing. They don't even seem to be making an effort to compete. 50% off of their price is about the norm anywhere else.

boater's world is a joke too, i went in there in March to get foul weather gear, they said they didn't have it because it wasn't in season????, i asked if i could order some and the guy said no.

never been back since.
