You can also use your food saver to seal your flares, cell, wallet, etc. Anything you want to waterproof...

If you get in a bind while out just unseal your phone, flares, whatever...

If money wasnt a problem then you all should check out this website. Its a company out of Anchorage, AK and they make a stellar product, but it comes with a hefty price tag. A buddy of mine has the smallest one at his place in AK and I have had fish from there that I forgot about in the freezer took it out 3 years later and believe it or not it tasted as good as new.
