Unfortunately I live 200 miles north of y'all and have to get em at the seafood market when I'm down there so they'll have to be chilled. Thanks for the help.

I used to free dive on a rock pile about 15ft deep in pensacola bay with a pole gun and shoot sheepshead back in the late 70's. There wasa colony of stone crabs that lived in that rock pile. Broke off a few claws and ate them back in the day.

Haven't been diving to that spot in over 30 years anyone else ever found stone crabs in pensacola bay?

When I was a kid, used to see a ton of them on thejetties over at Alabama point but haven't been over there in a long time.Last year, I saw a fewat the Ft McRae jetties. I don't think they last long. The stone fish and the octopus like them too as well as any number of game fish.
