Would anyone happen to know where I can get an estimatefor gettinga splash curtain made for a 21' Capehorn CC?

You may have tried, but have you talked to the dealer about one. Dunno where you got your boat but sportsman marine in fairhope/daphne area deals cape horns, they might can hook it up.
