you said shrimp burgers on teh egg.... we never saw the egg... They are nice but pricey.. I guess there worth it though..I wish I thought of the Idea..

The recipe makes 6 burgers. I slightly overcooked mine. They are just like crab cakes and there is a fine line b/w perfect and overdone. I think I left the chunks of shrimp too large, but I wanted to be able to tell what I was eating. |

Not my kitchen, I just borrowed his recipe. I've never seen them on a menu anywhere.I ran across the recipe after I bought my Big Green Egg and started learning how it incredible it is.
