PFF 4th of July raft up

Not sure what all the PFFers are planning for the fireworks Friday night. If anyone is going to be in the Sound watching the Pensacola Beach fireworks via boat would you guys be interested in an area where we could all kind of raft up and watch them together and maybe........just maybe have a beer or 10?

Just curious, my better half and I will be over that way, and possibly Dantheman as well.

sounds like a good time, just watch out for the drunks....theres too manyimpaired operators out there on the4th for me, almost had a collision a few years back with a boat that was running wide open with no lights on, i'll take my chances with the drunks on land, ya'll be safe out there

That was our only concern!!!!!! I have never watched them from the water...For years we have all gone to Pitt Slip Marina and layed on the Gambler and watched from there, waited an hour or two then headed home. But the GF really wants to watch from our boat this year.

Yeah, would be fun to get to boat out but this weekend is one weekend I am going to keep it on the trailer due to the increased non-responsiblity of operators. Everyone be Safe!

Alrighty guy's. Shuttin down the computer to make the drive home from Baton Rouge, I will check later when I get home to see if anyone is interested. If not Have a happy and a safe 4th of July

For those seasoned veterans out there, where is the best (safe) place to take the little ones to watch the fireworks? I am not experienced enough to take the boat out by myself and especially on a busy weekend like this weekend. I may be crazy but not insane.

Anyway, this is actually my first 4th not being in Texas so I would love to find an awesome place to chill out away from the beach drunks

Any suggestions woud be great. My boys are 2 and 5. Thanks

Park downtown near the Fish House Restaurant and follow the crowd....Bring chairs, bug spray, cold drinks and snacks. Enjoy!!!!:usaflag

It sounds Like a good idea. I think the more experienced boaters we have together in one group the safer we can be. Who else is interested???
