I saw this article in Paper this morning. Looking forward to watching this place grow, as I know ya'll can make it do so, along with the changes to P-beach and Little Sabine.

I saw your first post, the other day, and it sure got my curosity up. Especially Once JoeZ chimed in. Thinking I was going to have to stop, to get the scoop. This article was nicely done, and satisfied my curiousity
