I need to replace the carpet in the floor and the side decks of my 16 foot aluminum boat. It is probably 6 feet wide or so.

I did this once on my dads basstracker about 10 years ago. We bought some outdoor carpet from Lowes, and glued it to the decks, wrapping it behind all the panels before re-installing them. It looked professional when we were done!:takephoto

Now my boat needs the same treatment. My question is: <U>where is the best place in pensacola area to buy outdoor carpet AT A GOOD PRICE???</U>

An online place I looked at wanted 170 dollars for 16 foot by 8 foot. (too much money)

Lowes has a couple of options, but not many colors to pick from.

I just want to get some input. Maybe I can save myself some time running all over town! I know someone out there will know the answer to this one.....

I need it to be rubber-backed, and approved for outdoor use (UV exposure).

I saw a new BassTracker with some kind of ruuber flooring that looked really good. I have carpet on mine , which definitley has its pros and cons, but will consider going the rubber route for easy cleaning and quick drying.

I know this doesn't answer your question, but I threw it out there anyway.
