I posted this in boat repair forum, but didnt get any responses, sorry for putting it here, I just need to know because im going to start fixing it asap, I dont have alot of experience working on boats but I think i can handle this one
 My question is, Can I swich out these 2 wires that are taped or do I need to change out the whole cylinder piece? and is it easiest just to remove the whole starter to get to it?
