Default Looks like Travis is at it again!

Now he's selling reef #'s in permitted areas. http://strikelinescharts.com/index.php/private/

Is this over the line? (no pun intended)

Proves right there he is a dirtbag. He swore for years he wouldn't do that. Glad he isn't a member on here any longer.

Can't wait to see how they justify this. I'm sure they'll go back to the "once it's down, it's fair game". Then they'll bitch on other threads about people being unethical.

I personally do not care one way or the other and yes I have supported him in the past, but if he said he will not publish in the private zone then his word does not carry much weight now. I looked at the chart and wonder if what is on his chart is more of a representation and maybe they are not in the permitted zone. One that is looked at as being private is smack dab on top of a charted wreck, not very private. You want privacy go way off shore.

1. Hundreds of New Private Reefs

We've been busy scanning this winter! Now it's time to catch fish! Hundreds of new private reefs just hit the website. Spots in state and federal waters from Orange Beach to Destin.

*More Destin and PCB spots are coming soon.*

• Private reef coordinates are $190/each.
• Every spot is only sold to one person.
• Satisfaction Guarantee
• Click Here to browse our current inventory.

2. Spring Snapper Sale

FWC is meeting this week to decide how long the 2017 red snapper season will be in state waters. Rumor has it that they're considering a 78 day season.

Whenever FWC finally announces the 2017 snapper season, StrikeLines is going to have a week-long sale to celebrate. We'll send out an email with more details soon!

3. Charter Sonar Scans, 2017

Three short sonar passes yielded more than a dozen chicken coops on a recent scan south of Mobile. Charter sonar projects are a great way to build on your favorite fishing grounds.

Need lots of fishing spots?

StrikeLines is currently booking charter sonar scans for summer 2017. Tell us the boundaries of your area of interest. We'll scan it with professional side scan sonar equipment and give you a map of every artificial reef and natural bottom spot inside.

• Charter sonar rates are $100-$200 per sq.mi. depending on location.
• We can scan about 25 sq.mi. per day, and there is a one-day minimum.
• After the survey, we give you a spreadsheet of all the fishing spot coordinates, a digital file that will load the spots onto your GPS, and the raw sonar data viewable in a Google Earth.
• Charter scans are confidential. No one else will get your spots.
• More info, including sample survey data: CLICK HERE.

4. Sonar Deck Hand Needed

StrikeLines is looking for a part-time deck hand to help with offshore sonar surveys this summer. Qualifications are below.
1. Has no problem spending 5-7 days and nights offshore at a time.
2. Doesn't get seasick.
3. Can cook and enjoy breakfast in these conditions.
4. Has a good sense of humor, especially when conditions suck.
5. Doesn't get seasick.
6. Can replace a dead bilge pump.
7. Is totally comfortable with computers.
8. Can watch the helm for 3-4 hour shifts while the captain sleeps.

If you know anyone who fits the bill, contact Travis at 901-389-7954 or travis@strikelinescharts.com for more info.
