Local Militia?

With all that's going on(wrong) in this country whats your opions on all the local militias popping up across the country? Do we have anything like that in this area? Is anyone else on this forum worried about new gun laws or the goverment trying to take away our firearms?

I am the only one who gets annoyed when people talk about everything "wrong" with this country? I'd say we have it pretty damn good. There's certainly room for improvement, but I'm still extremely proud to call myself an American and feel very fortunate that I don't live somewhere like Somalia or Uganda. This country has been in much worse shape before. Or maybe I'm just naive. Either way, sorry for the rant. Had to do it.

This was a new thing I heard about the other day. Never heard of them until recently, apparently there are groups in Florida and Alabama.

Just looked it up and it seems as if they are telling us that we can become outside the law?

Every citizen of Santa Rosa County Florida is a part of the county militia. It's something they passed years ago. Never got my uniform....LOL
